Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 11, 2026

MOVRYA ("we", "us", "our") operates the MOVRYA mobile application and associated web dashboard (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: name, email address, and authentication credentials when you register.

Task and project data: tasks, projects, reminders, events, and focus session records you create within the app.

Device and usage information: device type, operating system, app version, and diagnostic logs to help us maintain reliability, including offline sync behavior.

Integration data: if you connect optional third-party services (such as Google or GitHub), we access only the data required for that integration, with your explicit permission.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including task creation, syncing, and reminders
  • Synchronize data reliably between your device and our servers, including after offline use
  • Improve app performance, fix bugs, and develop new features
  • Communicate essential service updates, and, if you opt in, product announcements
  • Protect the security and integrity of the Service

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure backend infrastructure. Business logic, authentication, and integrations are managed server-side rather than on your device, which allows us to apply consistent security controls and access restrictions. We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

4. Offline Data

MOVRYA stores task data locally on your device to support offline use. This local data syncs to our servers once your device reconnects to the internet. If you uninstall the app before syncing, unsynced local changes may be lost.

5. Third-Party Services

MOVRYA may support optional integrations with third-party services such as Google (for calendar sync and sign-in) and GitHub (for linking tasks to issues and pull requests). These integrations are only activated with your explicit consent, and are governed additionally by the respective third party's privacy policy.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting and infrastructure providers), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
