Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You retain ownership of the tasks, projects, notes, and other content you create in MOVRYA ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and sync Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or backend infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service's operation
• Use automated means to access the Service outside of published integrations (e.g. GitHub, Google)

MOVRYA supports offline use, storing changes locally until your device reconnects. We make reasonable efforts to sync data reliably and resolve conflicts, but we are not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, app uninstallation before sync, or extended offline periods.

Optional integrations (such as Google or GitHub) are subject to the terms of those third parties in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services.

MOVRYA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for high reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOVRYA and its operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
